The Loaf, Pavillion

This was my second visit to The Loaf. This time round, everything was fine. Nothing was outstanding, nothing was really bad. It was very middle of the road. I ordered the seafood cake which was sounds special. It's a combination of salmon, banana prawn and squid. It came out so 'gordon bleu' for me. But I like the tobiko prawn pasta, the tobiko pairs very well with  the sauce. Their mocktail was also something to look forward to. I suggest you to order their juice or mocktail as they were only cost about RM10, whereas Ice lemon tea was RM 8. They serves wine as well. Restaurant typically use the margin on drinks to make their profits, so they are.

You will never go wrong with the 'weekly special'
Bread was served for free
My Seafood cake (RM28)
A little disappointing of the beef meatball pasta (RM26)
Slow roasted chicken breast, nothing much to south about. (RM32)
Tobiko prawn pasta, the tobiko pairs well with the seaweed and sauce. (RM30++)
Langkawi sunset, very refreshing

The loaf bakery always packed with customers. I like their bread and cake very much.

Häagen-Dazs

Häagen-Dazs, a great taste ice-cream that is pricey for most of us.  Jusco in 1 utama had the haagen dazs promotion which is buy 2 free 1. Normal price for 1 pint is RM30.90. Discounted price was RM20.60 each.

I like vanilla the most, what about you?
It's not matter of name, calories etc, the taste is superb

Ice-cream cake, I don't remember the name and price
My niece likes haagen dazs as well

I used to love their macadamia nut flavor but i found it too sweet for me. My new love are vanilla and green tea.
Don't make it a habit though because it has a highest fat content of any other ice-cream, that's why it has such a creamy texture...Unless you're into having a heart attack or stroke.

Pastry Culture ケーキの文化, Tropicana City Mall

Since there was no dessert served at Allo Paris, we headed to Tropicana City Mall to look for something sweet. Pastry cuture is the pastry counter that serve the delicate and well decorated japanese pastry. It's located at the G floor of Tropicana city mall, opposite the San Francisco steakhouse. I particulary like the dark cherry scoth wisky very much, it has a tinge of liquor that matches the cake so well.

The little pastry counter

Dark cherry の scoth wisky (RM8.90)

I like the taste of the wisky, not too overpowering
Mango Hokkaido puff (RM3.80)
Now they are having promotion for pasta

Allo Paris, Damansara Perdana

Allo Paris offers mouth watering fusion menu at affordable price in a casual dining atmosphere.
It's not hard to get the place as you can see it by the roadside. I believe most of you used to pass by and attracted by the kinda fine dining restaurant.

The waiter told us that we can go inside the luxury car showroom anytime while waiting for the meal.

Eiffel tower sky juice for free
Virgin pinacolada (RM7.90)
Not sure what is it, but quite special, worth a try

Spicy Prawn Pasta with Edamame, not bad (RM14.90)

Mentaiko pasta, which was reccommeded by the waiter.
The sauce is thick, seaweed pairs nicely with the sauce.
I like it ! (RM13.90)

Appetizer-Ahikatzu. It's a breaded yellowfin tuna loin with ginger & wasabi sauce.
 Oiishi neh! (RM15.90)

The staff provided exceptional and friendly service and the food was just as wonderful.
The portion of the food was quite small, so it's advisable to order the appetizer as well.
Too bad they didn't serve the dessert YET.( coming soon )
