Won Korean Dining, Isetan 1 Utama

Eat paradise in Isetan, 1 utama has just opened 2 weeks ago. There are quite a few restaurants where you can chill out with a plate of delicious food such as Menya Musashi, Gantetsu, Senya, Won korean, Ichiro sushi and Puran B (Japanese version of Plan B). Won korean dining serves traditional korean dishes using grill made from special charcoal stone that enhances the flavour of the meal. I didn't get a chance to taste the grilled meat if you ask me. I enjoy the experience of dining out and I don't mind paying higher prices for quality food but that was not the case at won korean. It's not that the food was bad, but I think I just ordered the wrong dish.
The prices did not match the decor or the food quality and I wish I had gone to Daorae. Service throughout was sort of odd, the staff was just standing and looking at us without offering to replenish the side-dishes. We had to remind them to do so, for few times. The choices of side dishes was limited and the portion was disappointingly tiny.

Bulgogi/ Roasted marinated beef (RM 32 x 2)

Kimchijjigae / Kimchi stew (RM22)

My confusion actually started with the menu which is the picture below...
Since the roasted marbled beef was not available, so we ordered roasted marinated beef under the circumstances. I thought I was ordering BBQ grill because the roasted marinated beef was under the category of  'Grilled'. But then we were shockingly surprised as the meal on the stove was not what I expected. Flavor disappointed though. We got to take it, with not even a word of explanation or apology from....anyone. And minimum 2 portion if you ordering this, then the actual price should be RM64 but not RM32 x 2.  What a confusing menu!
