Burger Junkyard @ Kota Damansara

A new burger joint in Kota Damansara. You shouldn't come here expecting a Michelin Star quality, but you should come here expecting a good food at a fair price.
The place is small and the quality of the food is pretty much exactly what you'd expect.
As we walked in we were greeted by a nice and helpful guy with introducing their house specialty.

The burgers were full of all the yummy fixings. The fries were your standard thin cut fries but good anyway. It's a shame they are only open from 6pm-10pm. And they only offer soft drinks, a perfect companion to the burger, I suppose.

Balsamic beefing onion (15.90)- had a juicy and thick patty, well made, and the caramalized onion went well with it. Look at the oozy cheese, don't you wanna give them a try...

Brooklyn Burger (RM15.90)- lots of meat, lots of cheese, lots of toppings. and I love the bread, it made the burger even better

There is no way to take a bite due to it's contents.

Le Deux Garcons Pâtisserie

It's a tiny cafe, but has a creative creation. In the front it has a few chairs and small tables for a few to sit and have a chat when they enjoy a light snack and of course macarons.
Upon entering the cute little cafe, rows and rows of colourful macarons came into view. There were very unique flavours such as wasabi, vodka and lime, garlic and olives....
I got the small box of six macarons which has raspberry, lemon vanilla, salted caramel, blueberry, pistachio..
The macaron are two-bite size with a chewy consistency and generous creamy filling. The flavours are distinct and easily depicted and shine through my tastebuds. And yes macarons are generally sweet but these are just at a right intensity of sweetness. However the price is generally high as well because it takes a lot of time and expertise to make a perfect macaron (you should be able to taste the quality of the ingredients and effort put into making it)

Price:
1- RM5
2- RM9.59
4- RM18.50
6- RM27

Lemon vanilla was definitely an eye opener, the vanilla and citrus flavor was a lovely combination.

Raspberry is , and always will be my favourite.

Salted caramel, anyone?!!.So far, I can never forget the taste of salted caramel. Impressive!

Blackcurrant- the filling is thick and you can taste the delicateness

Passionfruit Chocolate also has a nice texture and the chocolate flavour is good. But I could hardly taste the passion fruit.

Pistachio was fresh, very flavourful and also had a smooth and generous filling. Seriously tasted exactly like a pistachio.

These little French desserts were delightful in every way, as each macaron had its own distinctive colour and flavor. I fell in love with them and can't wait to bathe my mouth and tummy in it's amazing rich texture again. It's too bad its a very small cafe with limited seats so don't expect to sit down. There's just enough room to take a look at what you want, pay for it, and leave so you can scarf some down on the way to wherever you're headed. I'll certainly stop in when the mood strikes me as there are so much more to try.
